Reception Rental Rates

4-hours of event time
Plus 2 ½ hours to set-up prior to event, and 1 ½ hours to break down after the event. (A total of 8 hours of contract time.)
$5,200: Ballroom, Rotunda, Boardroom, Mayor room, Library with access to the kitchen for food service
$800: to add the Portico and 16th Street Entrance
$1,000: to add the Auditorium
Additional hours may be pre-purchased for $300 per hour up to two weeks prior to the event.
Capacities:
Seated Reception: 170
Ceremony and Reception: 160
Events must conclude by 11:00pm Sunday – Thursday
and 12:00am on Friday and Saturday
